Tips on How to Get Pregnant

Within the United States there are around 6,000,000 couples of which around 10 percent of them will encounter infertility as outlined by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. A couple is termed infertile following twelve consecutive months of attempting to fall pregnant unsuccessfully.

Even so, there are still millions of women around the world that are asking the question ‘why am I not falling pregnant?’ and are dubbed with ‘unexplained infertility’ by medical professionals when in fact they are fertile (and they’re then prescribed all kinds of infertility drug treatments unnecessarily). It’s often the situation that they merely haven’t been taught how to read their bodies cycles and learn how to maximize their chances of getting pregnant naturally. This really is the situation the world over.

Infertility as outlined by the medical profession shouldn’t be mixed up with sterility. There’s a huge distinction – one is actually a total inability to accomplish conception, the other is only a year of trying unsuccessfully. Those who are labelled infertile are generally put on many expensive medications, painful procedures and/or even surgery, which combine to be a really traumatic, draining experience which is in no way guaranteed to accomplish results.

Just hold on a tick – did you see anything stated there about all of the alternate options to infertility treatments? The fact is there are many natural methods that do not comprise all the physical, emotional and financial drain! Try to remember that there is an alternative to surgery and drugs if required.

You can find lots of causes for infertility, here are some reasons potentially ceasing you from falling pregnant. You can use them as tips on how to get pregnant by eliminating what’s considered necessary from your lifestyle or fixing some challenges (naturally if possible):

Infertility could be due to smoking habits in either parent. Smoking can damage the ovaries (not to mention the damage to a baby’s health) and in men it can decrease sperm count in addition to sperm motility.

Non predictable cycles in women can be a consequence of hormonal imbalances which make determining ovulation times very difficult.

I agree, Organic …
I agree, Organic raw foods are soooooo Expensive ! But its a catch 22, because the ONLY way the cost is going to go down, is if we all start buying more of it, so that it takes the Position of being Mainstream

Just buy as much as you are able to Organic, and dont worry about it. I think in about 10 yrs or so the costs will go down alot

I totally agree …
I totally agree with the man and believe what he is saying because i have eaten almost solely organic for the last 3 years, but recent commitments have knocked organic almost completely out of my diet because the costs are too high for it. It really really needs to come down in price although i know that this is easier said that done. But honestly, i do believe that 90% of people out there WANT to eat in organic but find it impossible financially.
