Tips on How to Get Pregnant Part 2
Continued from Part 1 of ‘Tips on how to get pregnant‘
PCOS also known as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, causes considerable amounts of male hormones like testosterone to be produced that may make it hard for eggs to reach maturity. Whenever these androgens are in surplus then the follicles of the ovaries may not develop into mature eggs.
Difficulties with the thyroid gland are frequently at the root of the disrupted menstrual cycle and a reduced ability to conceive.
Obesity or even carrying excess weight could result in infertility. Living an inactive lifestyle has many wellness repercussions, just one of them being the disruption of ovulation and levels of being fertile.

Another point of conversation is something which medical practitioners will rarely advise you about, and if you’re unaware of, might mean you are conceiving without knowing it and just might be a reason why you are needing tips on how to get pregnant. (Please read on, as you just may find you have been getting pregnant and not even know it!):
It happens frequently (a lot more frequently than many medical doctors would like to admit) that some women that are labelled ‘infertile’ have really been experiencing miscarriages! There’s a significant distinction between never conceiving, or getting pregnant but miscarrying – it’s often the situation that miscarriages will occur early within the pregnancy, and are mistaken for just a menstrual period which is the reason it is very difficult to diagnose. Women all over the world may be unaware of the reality that they are actually conceiving and not realizing it, because they haven’t been taught how to be familiar with the rhythm and cycle of their bodies.
By knowing how to read your body and its workings, you are able to much better realize what the issue is. You need a minimum of ten days between ovulation and menstruation for conception to occur, and you can know yourself if you’ve conceived by recording your basal temperature daily. In general, if you have eighteen consecutive days with a high temperature after you have ovulated then this is indicative of a pregnancy – if you’re having these readings and then having a menstrual period it is a very good chance that you have been getting pregnant then miscarrying.
If you really know what is happening in your body, you can virtually always avoid the the painful procedure of having to diagnose potential infertility difficulties you more than likely may not have. If you are miscarrying, then you will find different procedures for this issue, in contrast to having infertility problems, (though of course there are lots of alternatives that are natural to help with problems of miscarriage). You don’t want to be looking into frequently distressing and invasive methods to discover why you can’t conceive, when in fact you aren’t infertile at all!

Well organic food doesn’t have the chemicals that are in processed foods and are more easily digestable, they also have more nutrients to absorb. This is especially good for growing babies and children.
It’s great to nurture good eating habits from a young age.

No preservatives

When it comes to baby food, I think it is a marketing thing, they feed of the worried parents trying to do what they think is best for their baby. Baby food is so looked over regulated it can’t have anything in it or done to it. There is no preservative or anything.
I see a reason for organic foods I do, I buy what we don’t grow or raise at home at health food stores or farmers markets whenever possible so I know where it came from and what it is.
I personally make my own baby food, much cheaper, I know what they are eating and I know how it was prepared.

If you mean back when we were kids, ya sure we didnt have organic food but that was also because the usage of pesticides and other chemicals wasnt common, in fact there were no GM foods, so obviously we had it better. I dont know what you mean by organic, if its home cooked with organic ingredients then its totally pure, anything bottled (even its organic in content) cannot be altogether safe and healthy simply because food rots without preservatives and even natural preservatives like oil, lemon juice, salt and sugar arent good for babies, so how can additives be?

The allowable pesticide and herbicide limits are calculated based on the weight and body mass of the average adult. So what’s considered "acceptable" in, say, one carrot could easily be far more than is healthy for such a little body. Babies’ intestinal systems are still establishing themselves, too, and they don’t have all the protections in place that adults do.
Aside from that, conventional food is bred and treated to attain certain traits, and nutritional density isn’t one of them. They aim for traits such as uniform appearance, slow ripening, and ability to travel well. Organic food doesn’t travel as well or last as long, so it needs to be used fairly quickly after harvesting — which means that it hasn’t lost as much nutritional value as conventional food. (Fruits and vegetables lose nutritional value the longer they’re off the stem.) By feeding your baby organic food, you’re giving your baby the best access to bioavailable vitamins and minerals.

organic is better because the fruits and vegetables it is made from were never treated with pesticides

Here is my take on organic baby food these days. We did not have organic baby food when we were growing up but we also did not have car seats but would you put your child in a car with out a car seat? Research has shown that the pesticides do have long term harmful effects especially on a growing body. I buy organic for my daughter when and where I can. It’s expensive and we are on a limited income so I have decided to stick with only buying organic for what’s called "the dirty dozen". These are fruits and vegetables that, when washed there are still a large amount of pesticides left on the vegetable/fruit. The list is: (it’s more than 12)
pears, apples, cherries, grapes (if the grapes are from Mexico no need to buy organic), nectarines, peaches, raspberries, strawberries, peppers, celery, potatoes, spinach, squash (only of grown in the US). Canteloupes should be bought organic as well. There is a pesticide that farmers are no longer allowed to use that is still in the soil and canteloupes absorb this type of pesticide.
There is no argument that buying organic meat and dairy products are best.
There are tons of articles about this on the internet. Search babycenter.com and msnbc.com if you’d like more info.
Hope that helps!

Organic food is supposedly healthier because the farmers who grow the food don’t use as many pesticides, chemicals, hormones, etc. The problem is, organic farmers aren’t regulated as strictly as they should be.
